My Story/ Why I do this
I’m Kerry, fashion founder, consultant, and your no-BS sounding board. With over 25 years in the fashion industry, including running my own plus-size label, Harlow, I’ve worn every hat: designer, buyer, production manager, eComm strategist, content creator - you name it.
I know the juggle, the late nights, the “what now?” moments, and the passion that keeps you going even when everything feels like it might fall apart. I created KPC because I believe business should feel good to run - driven by passion, purpose, and profit, while fitting your lifestyle, not burning you out or making you second-guess yourself at every turn.
After years of trial and error in my own brand, I saw how many founders were stuck in the same cycle of overwhelm - incredible brands with incredible ideas, but missing honest guidance and practical strategy from someone who’s actually walked the same road.
That’s why I started KPC: to be the guide I wish I’d had. Someone who not only listens but truly hears you. Someone who gets it, tells it like it is, skips the BS, and helps you build a fashion business that’s purposeful, profitable, sustainable, and true to you. Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your joy. I’m here to help you uncover what you really want, to draw out the answers that already live within you. Your business is yours to shape into what you dream of - my role is to ask the sometimes-tough questions, challenge you with empathy and honesty, and support you to get the results you want and deserve.
